squid + squidguard

Hi

I'm trying to use squid in conjunction with squidguard.

I downloaded some blacklists and created the db's from it: squidGuard -C all

When testing squidguard itself from the commandline all seems to work. I.e. i get redirected for sites in the blacklists.

But when i configure squid to use the external redirector program squidguard, all the child instances get spawned (ps -e | grep squid). But when using the proxy with firefox nothing in the blacklists get blocked. Do i have to remove all http_access rules in the squid.conf? Or do i have to use the acl's in squidguard.conf in the squid.conf http_access rules?

How to debug this? I ran squid -d 3 but i doesn't tell anything about redirecting requests to squidguard...

Thanks for helping me out!!
