Squid Server - tracking visited sites ???

I have a small question .

Usually we can use Squid Server as a proxy server which you can then make content filtering to block porno website. As a result we can track the visited Blocked addresses .

the question is what about the allowed visited addresses , can we track them , can we do statistics about those visited addresses ??

Note : I am not very familiar with Linux and Squid but It is one of the tasks that was assigned to me to figure it out

thanks .
