SQUID - seperate ACLs fr different user groups?

I've been wrestling with theis for some time and it's beyond me. I have Squid working with our Windows authentication but I want to be able to set up two or more user groups with seperate ACLs so I can restrict web access more for one group than another.

I currently have a file that contains all authorized cache users in the form of DOMAIN/Username but I'd like to take it one step further. One file for managers and one for non-managers for example, each with a different blocking file.

Anyone smarter than me have a clue? :-) Please? ha ha

Thanks either way.
