Squid - rotate doesnt work

Hi and hallo,

I habe a Problem with the Squid Server. The Option "squid -k rotate" doesnt work.

Thee comes only this message:

xxxxx:/home/user# squid -k rotate
squid: ERROR: No running copy
Squid ist running an many people uses my Server!

Maybe anyone can help me.

Sorry for my bad english, i am from germany.
