Squid proxy configuration

Please Help me that How to configure Squid Proxy server with IP access list,I have Install Redhad Enterprise If possible please help with confugured squid file.

Not sure which IP you are talking about.
Blocking your users to certain sites.
Blocking outside users.

If not search on google for squid.conf ip access list. Found many post on that if no one else has any ideas here.
