squid message customization, hiding squid versioin

hi all,

i am running squid caching server on Red Hat 9, i want to hide squid name and its version from the error messages generated by squid like access denied etc.
I read in Squid FAQ that it automatically adds its signature to all error pages.
Is there any way to avoid version message.

This is only as i am running old version of squid and don't want it to be target of any attacks.

thanks.
