Squid Listen to more or less 200 ports in single VPS 3128 - 3327 port


Hello,
Im have a proxy server using squid and virtual tunnel, right now i have 200 tunnels up on my single vps but when im trying to scan the ports only 3128 - 3140 is open 3141 - 3327 is close please help
OS amazon linux AMI / ubuntu server 14

"netstat -anp" can tell you who is listening on these ports.
