squid.conf with different networks

my sitiation is this: I have an ISP server (debian), in this server each client has his own network so they can't see each other, I need to know how to configure squid to make the chache of every network, they are all in the same card whit aliases.
clients ips are 10.10.7.10, 10.10.8.10 ... so I need to know what to write into squid.conf on the line wich says our_networks

thanks
