squid.conf

Hello everyone! Well, im sharing my inet connection with my neighbours and im having some trouble with them cause they keep downloading everything they find with emule/kazaa and that doesnt let me surf the inet in a proper way. I have a 256Kb ADSL connection and we share it between 6 computers (i know its too few for 6 comps, but thats all we can afford ).
Anyway, ive been reading and googling aobut how could i solve this problem and i found out that with squid, using delay pools, i can limit the bandwidth. Im kinda newbie in Linux so i was wondering if any of you have squid installed and configured the way i need it..?
I have Mandriva linux installed and ive downloaded and installed squid-2.4.STABLE1.
My network ip range is from 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.15 and the computer wich shares internet has 192.168.0.1
What i would like to do is set 17KB for any kind of download (emule/kazaa, http download, etc) and the other 15KB to surf inet.
I know i might be asking a lot, but perhaps any of you have the same/similar conf as the one im needing. So if thats the case... would you please paste/send your squid.conf file please? I would really appreciate it!
Thanks in advance!
