Hello i have slack 10
I want make squid to listen in 2 defferent ip
192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2 port 3128
i put the 2 ips in the squid conf the squid is listenin both ips
but the squid browse me out only from the 1st ip (192.168.0.1)

i want the clients that are configured to use 192.168.0.1 to go out with this ip
and the clients that are configured to user 192.168.0.2 to go out with this ip

Thnx In Advance

have you configured the abouve ips to your network card?
and may i suggest instead of 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2 might it be better to put it in 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.1.1
and divide your client into two network of 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24

i'm a newbie myself, so i might suggest wrongly, but i think it's better using the configuration i gave u.

to set up 2 ip address to the same interface, i think you have to set up an alias

etc.

alias eth0 192.168.1.1
