Squid and Restriction

Hi All,

I have configured squid on RHEL4. All are working fine. Now I have the following Requirements :-
Allow Free mail servers (Ex.Yahoo / Rediff/ Gmail etc.)
- Users should Access their mails using http using a browser
- Users should NOT be able to SEND Attachemnts
- Users should NOT be able to RECEIVE Attachemnts
- No other restrictions to be implemented

Please suggest some configuration or tool to achieve this
