Squid and pop3

Hi all I got 3 boxes one with Suse 9.3 with two NIC's with different ip range, one for the outside world (adsl Internet), and one for the inside network, which is my two other boxes wich runs windows XP. i have setup squid as proxy, samba as file server and suse firewal. When i do not MASQUERADE the network in the suse firewall, i can not ping from windows boxes, or get my email from my isp. when i MASQUERADE networks in firewall all is OK. but i can not control the web traffic through squid. I want all the web traffic to go through my squid so i can use the memory pools, and to be able to get my mail from ISP. Any help please ? Thanks a lot.

Set everybody to use the box as a proxy.. most programmes can be configured to do this, and have the proxy listen on port 8080 on the lan interface.

Then you can kill the masquerade to stop people bypassing the proxy..
