squid & ftp & linux fc 4 ---------- > bug

i posted this thread on several sites but not yet resolved. i loaded these modules

#lsmod
iptable_filter
ip_nat_ftp
ip_conntrack_ftp
ip_conntrack
ipt_state
..
...
...

i am using squid as server. i flushed all rules. but from workstation when i browse this site ftp://mnauman.com i am getting "time out" error and if i browse it from server i can access it,

and if i use just nat rule then from workstation i can browse it. i am unable to find this error. if you are using squid and iptables please check it from any workstation ( client pc) and if you are prompted for username and password then its ok, else there is some problem i am using fc4.

thanks for help.

Are you accessing it from workstation or from server. if you are accessing it from workstartion and squid + iptables is your Internet sharing server the please help me about this error i am facing.

can you tell me which os and its version you are using and squid version , and can you send me squid.conf and iptables configuration if you are not using (masquerading)nat.

I am not using squid. I just clicked on the link you provided, and it prompted me for a username and passwd.
I would say then, that this a problem with your squid configuration, and probably not iptables.
