squid and dhcp services on linux


I want HTTP proxy server on LINUX but clients should get IP dynamically. What is minimal configuration?

Squid is an HTTP proxy...it has absolutely NOTHING to do with assigning IP addresses, either static or DHCP. If you want to bring up a DHCP server, then you need to configure the DHCP service to do so.
