squid and dansguardian safe ports gone

I have been running Squid in transparent proxy on our gateway pc RH9
It has been working for 2 weeks now.Squid is on port 3128. Iptables redirect port 80 to 3128.

I have used acl safe ports to only allow web and https +ftp and block all other ports. This has been working.

Today i installed dansguardian filter. the ip table port 80 redirect now redirects to dansguardian on port 8080 and dansguardian sends to squid port 3138.

This is all working and dansguardian fillters well.

But the safe ports bit in squid now does not work and people can access other ports exept for web, https, ftp.

I have tried to stop dansguardian and redo the redirect but still the acl safe ports seem not to work anymore ?

Has anyone had this before.?

Nick
