SPLIT DNS ... Anyone???

Hello all,

Trying to set up a Split DNS server on my LAN. Read so many articles.. about no one seems to have the specific steps to making this happen. Even looked it up in the DNS & bind book, but it was sketchy at best. Has anyone out there done this.. and if so do u have a Step by Step resource I can go to and get this working.

did you try google?? the very very first result i got for "split dns" was a highly detailed guide for setting it up on freebsd4.1, which will be identical to linux as it's all inside a certain application (unless i'm very much mistaken)

Thanks a bunch. Trying to edit it now.. and get it to work with redhat 7.3. Will keep you posted. if you come across anything else, kindly send it to me.
