something's wrong with dns server of mine

i just want to know how to fix this setting from server...

i have a server which provide a dhcp .. whenever i boot up i got this dns address which is not correct.. that 's why i'm trying to fix this ..

where can i find Primary Dns setting from server.. is this releated resolve.conf...or something else..???

i should put here something else which is real dns server that is from outside..

i think i did it couple of days ago i don't remember that where the file is..
i've tried ( named.conf,zone files,dhcpd.conf,???)

this is the file that when i can see the result of network from server

And i tried this also from windows...
it said it has got a ip address propely from server
and dhcp as well ,,ofcourse gateway also..

But there is one thing i want to change is DNS server which is 192.168.3.1
to real DNS .. i was able to change it on Window and linux on other time to go to network setting not using default setting " Obtain DNS server address automatically" instead of taking this i checked " use the following DNS server address " then i can go ahead ..

By doing that i can get the internet on my client windows and linux...

so i need to fix the dns in server ..

if there is suspicious about this .. tell me..
probably there is..

thank in advance..
