sockets which have longer queue than 0?

How to find all sockets, which have longer queue than 0? When I view the proc manual about /proc/net/tcp, /proc/net/udp and /proc/net/raw, there is said that "tx_queue rx_queue" column is outgoing and incoming data queue in terms of kernel memory usage. So the socket, which has a longer queue than 0, is the one wich is using a little bit of kernel memory? Or is there a netstat command to view this information?
