snmpd starts up smuv

I started up snmpd for the first time tonight. After doing a scan on my box I saw smuv running on port 199 and nothing running on port 161.

In my /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf,

rocommunity localhost 127.0.0.1
rocommunity mydomain 192.168.1.0/24

Tried 'snmpwalk 192.168.1.254 mydomain' and I got big bunch of data, which I assume means that it is working?

Tried 'snmpwalk 192.168.1.254 mydomain -p 161' and got the same response. Very strange.

I've searched on smuv (port 199) and have only come up with 'SNMP Unix Multiplexer'. I don't why snmpd would startup and not show up running on a port scan.
