snmp cpu monitor

what is the quick and easy way to setup snmp to provide information on the cpu and memory of a rh9 linux box similar to 'top'? I have snmp up and running but nothing listed shows information about cpu or memory. I want to be able to monitor this information for each of my machines from a single machine.

I really don't care about the details of snmp, i don't want to become a guru at it, i don't want to read every doc about it. I am looking for a quick howto, maybe even excerpts from your config file if you have it running in this manner.

I installed
net-snmp-5.0.6-17
net-snmp-utils-5.0.6-17

running
snmpwalk -Os -c public -v 1 localhost

gives me pages of output
