SMTP Relay Spamfilter

I'm trying to set up a spamfilter based on SpamAssassin and I can't seem to find any info or any good SMTP Relay server.

The box is going to:
1. receieve all mail
2. check for spam
3. tag possible spam
4. Relay all (including tagged) mail to the Exchange server.

Anyone that has got any idea of what SMTP software I should use for this?
And how I should configure the SMTP software.

Or can I use iptables to reroute all traffic on port 25 and still filter it for spam ?

Hej hur mar du, use qmail, I am a qmail administrator, it is vicious. Go to be aware that qmail is not for the inexperienced UNIX / Linux administrator it is difficult to setup, but when you configure it correctly it's vicious!!!
