SMTP POP3 Servers

Hi,

I've a linuxbox running on a machine that has two NIC installed on it with two different IP's (IP-1, and IP-2) and I'm gone installed sendmail and ipopd two run a mail server.

The question now... How could I make the SMTP server run on IP-1, and the POP3 server run on the other IP (i,e, IP-2).

Is there any way by which I can assign IP-1 for SMTP and IP-2 for POP3?

i don't know about ipopd, but for sendmail youd have a line like

DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA')

in /etc/mail/sendmail.mc and change 127.0.0.1 to the right IP.
