HI. I am Using a SmoothWall 2 Box with linux 2.4.2. When i enable SSH inside the Web-Based COnfig, i still can't connect VIA SSH to linux box.Im using PuTTY and i get a Connection Refuse Error?
On a smoothwall box the default ssh port is 222 not the standard port 22. It is a little more secure by means of deception. In other words it is less likely to be picked up by port scanners.
