Smoothwall-alike in FC3?

Is there any program like Smoothwall than can be installed under Fedora Core 3? I want to use my existing box as a firewall. I managed to set everything up to working condition using iptables and tc commands in a custom script run from rc.local, but I want to do it in a neater way so that it is easily managable, preferrably from a web interface. Especially tc is a bitch to set up (I have not yet succeeded in doing what I want : ensuring upload doesn't kill my download on my highly assymetric ADSL line). I'm not even sure Smoothwall does this though.
