Question SMA error

I have a SMA problem, first the configuration is this:
6 Linux blades feed into a Win 2003 server that attachs to a DNS server. My blades fail to load if I'm attached to the DNS server but when I log directly into the 2003 server all functions ok. I have checked all permissions and group policies setting and was wondering if the problem is in the SMA?

thanks
