SLOW Respons times online ip drops when inactive
 

I am running Ubuntu and when i login i have to open up the networking program and change eth0 to ath0 which is my wifi card after that i usely can get internet access but its so slow and then after about 30min to 1 houre i loss that connection and i can not get it back i use dhclient ath0 and a switch from dhcp to static ip but still the same, plus when i look at my packets for example i resived about 53MB but only sent about 3MB out and that just does not look right, what should i do :confused:
