Slackware, Samba Users

I created a new user by

useradd leah
passwd leah
smbpasswd -a leah

I checked the home dir, leah didn't exist. Not sure why?

Does leah not have access to the netlogon file? I don't want leah to be in the @admins, either.

When I try to log in under leah, the message I get is the folder doesn't exist. But if I maunaly create the folder it say Access is denied.

Any help would be great. thanks

The following groups were setup
group -g 200 admins
group -g 201 machines

When you add a user, use the "adduser" command as things like the password and home directory are automated and created by the script. You can then add the Samba password.

Oh, and welcome to LQ
