Unhappy SiS900 IRQ conflict detected at boot time...

I have installed Red Hat 7.2 on my pc with a sis900 network card. It does not detect my network card.
At boot time, I get the following message:
Serial driver version 5.05c (2001-07-08) with MANY_PORTS MULTIPORT SHARE_IRQ SERIAL_PCI ISAPNP enabled
ttyS00 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A
ttyS01 at 0x02f8 (irq = 3) is a 16550A
PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00:0d.0
PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 00:02.7
Redundant entry in serial pci_table. Please send the output of
lspci -vv, this message (4941,30864,4941,1)
and the manufacturer and name of serial board or modem board
to serial-pci-info@lists.sourceforge.net.
register_serial(): autoconfig failed

It seems that the network card is using IRQ 11 which is also used by the modem and the audio controller.
How do I fix this so that I can use my nework?
Thanks
Sekhar
