Question Single NIC of Reverse Proxy

Hi !

Does anyone know reverse proxy whether it has to be the following:

1. Single NIC or Multihome on proxy server?

2. NAT Function on Firewall with Single NIC. Is it possible ?

3. Is it a must that NAT Function with Multihome ?

4. Can reverse proxy run with NAT and Single NIC in Single Machine ?
