Exclamation Simple QoS

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with QoS / traffic shaping in linux who can tell me how I'd go about limiting a certain machine's ability to upload through my linux router to x kilobit/s ??....

I should imagine it's fairly easy to do with a simple script/the tc command.. i dont wish to use wondershaper as this does it per interface only?

Many thanks

Duncan

The easiest way to do this is probably by using a generic QoS configuring script, for example HTB.init. That is easy enough to grasp (you just have to fill in a config file, can be done with very little documentation reading).
