Simple Linux FIle Sharing??????
I'm definately still a newbie at linux, and all I want now is a simple file sharing method between two linux boxs.I've setup samba before, for linux-windows, and that was OK, now all I want is the same for *ux-*ux. Is that so hard?
All the NICs are configured and all that. The two boxs are RH8 and 9, on 192.168.0.1/2 if that matters. Thanks Nerd2 |

Check out the NFS howto at www.tldp.org which should get you started.

I downloaded Lime Wire, but it has a .bin extension and I don't know what to do next. Can someone help?

I think you can make it like this
chmod a+X aaa.bin ./aaa.bin it will extract the file or else try the bin file to write it on CD and try to use it |
