Shutdown xterminal instead of x-server

Hi,

I've set up a working x-server using kdm (or xdm) and I have successfully connected an x-client to it, (booting from floppy and mounting from nfs).

I would like to have a "button" (or any other easy manner) on the x-terminal to turn it off (I can now only turn of the x-server of after logging in to it but that's not what we want of course).

I also did the following: I installed kdm (or xdm) on the x-CLIENT that makes a list of the available xdmcp-server for himself:

I edited the Xaccess file on the x-terminal and commented out:

* CHOOSER BROADCAST #any indirect host can get a chooser

and I added the following line in the /etc/inittab:

X:123456:respawn:/usr/bin/X11/X -indirect 127.0.0.1

which gives a list of the available x-servers on the network.

but I don't know how to add a poweroff-button neither in xdm, or kdm

I'm using Debian by the way

Greetings Hendrik
