sharing windows resources with feisty


i installed feisty without a problem. i did this with the intention of sharing my cable modem(which is attached to my daughters windows box by way of a wireless router(linksys WRT54G. the pcs have WMP54G wireless pci cards with rangebooster.my windows computers have access to each other, my linux box also has the same card. the card is recognized in feisty. can anyone give me a hand? im new to nwtworking,but not to ubuntu.

You need to do a sudo apt-get install for all the components listed bleow in order to proerly be able to share files amnd printers with windows.

samba common

swat

netkitnetd( internet super server)
