Sharing net from 2 ISPs ??

Here's the thing:

Now I have one ISP1 -> eth1
And with the help from iptibles I share the net from ISP1 to -> eth0

eth0 is the LAN network -> 20 users or so

Now I have 2nd ISP -> eth2

What do I have to (do) change in my firewall and in the route tables to share the 2nd ISP net on the LAN network...

here's a more detailed scheme

eth1(ISP1) --
|<-> Slackware 10.2 <-> eth0 <--> LAN (20 users)
eth2(ISP2) --

Any kind of help will be useful ...

10x in advance
