Sharing home internet connection

i am new to linux ,. i am using kubuntu
and i was wandering if any one can help to share my inter net connection
/i have 2 pc 1 is xp and the other is kubuntu i have the inter net in kubuntu and i want to share it with the other pc ,. what should i do

To share your internet connection, you need to have a dual-homed host (two network cards) and iptables configured to do IP Forwarding.
