shareing adsl

Ok, i've got 2 computers in my network, my windowsxp computer and my slack. My router is connected to a switch, and so are my two computers too. I've tried to make the Linux machine dial the adsl connection and share it to the xp machine, but I haven't had any luck. I've tried every possible way with masquerade/iptables.

The slack runs a dhcpd server on the ip 192.168.0.1 (255.255.255.0) and gives the winxp machine a 192.168.0.200 (255.255.255.0). I am able to share the adsl connection from the winxp to the slack, but i want the other way around. I would appriciate if you could post your ideas of what i should do...
