shared folder between WinXP and RH9

I would like to have a folder in which I can access files between two computers. One running WinXP and the other RH9. I am doing web developing on my Linux box and I want to be able to see how it looks on IE on my other computer. Is there any way to do this? If I am not being clear please ask! Thank you very much (in advance).

Samba on linux will allow you to share a folder to your Windows clients. You could also use FTP which is probably already running.

And make sure it is a fat32 partition if you need both OSs to be able to write.
