Im not entirely sure, but i know it has something to do with "ip forwarding"
Im setting up wat could be a nightmare network (Slackware file server, Slackware workstation, Windoze xp laptop and an Apple imac)
So as soon as i know, i'll let u know, coz in theory all mine are sharing the same connection (however lots of things work in theory!!)
I'll post as soon as i have more info!

I think you're going to need a router to share an internet connection. For me, I use a linkysys router, and sharing a cable modem has been as easy as plugging the modem into the router and connecting the other computers to the router. I think you can also set up routing right on the rh box, but I'm not completely sure how one would go about doing it.

Inexactitude, your sig stretches the screen a little. On my 1024x768 screen with text size slightly larger than normal it stretches it, so I'd hate to see what it does on an 800x600 or *shudder* 640x480 setup. And I'm sure it wraps on Lynx too.
