Setting up router with IP based or TCP/UDP port rules

In the past I have used 3com routers but for this particular project I am looking to setup a wireless bridge (proxim QB20) between two buildings and plan on having a linux router on each end. Each linux router will have 3 nics in order to connect to a data network, a voice network and the wireless bridge. I think I have all the routing figured out based on reading through this forum, but I would like to have some type of prioritization happening. At the remote office, I would like the voice traffic, all bound for a specific IP to get priority over anything else. Number two priority would be terminal services which is going to a specific IP and a specific port. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this type of qos if possible? I've begun reading about tc but I could not find anything for this type of traffic rules...Thanks in advance...
