What part do you need help with? You would start by going to http://www.isc.org and downloading bind.

The best idea is to go buy a book on Bind and DNS cause its not really a topic we can explain or help much on a web board, the concept is basic but its difficult to understand how all the parts work.

When I was looking for info on setting up my secondary DNS, I came across the following documents that helped.
http://www.ludd.luth.se/~kavli/BIND-FAQ.html
and
ftp://ftp.is.co.za/linux/sunsite/docs/HOWTO/DNS-HOWTO
There are others out there that I found but all are basically the same as these two.
