setting up dhcpd insuse 7.1


hello,
i have recently installed the suse 7.1
i want to use this box as an dhcp server
i have configured etho as an fixed ip which connects to cisco router to goto Internet
eth1 will is configured to 172.16.1.1 for dhcp release to my system.
please explain me how to go about in suse 7.1
