Setting up a mail server.

I want to setup a mail server for around 100 people. I want to provide IMAP and web mail access. What is a good server to use that can do both of these things. For the web mail part, I want to host it on another server which already has Apache2, PHP, and MySQL installed. Is it possible to do this?

I use Postfix for my mail server, Dovecot for IMAP/POP access, and squirrellmail for my web mail access. It was actually very easy to setup. Should install fine on your existing linux web server. What distro are you using?
