Setting up 2 PPP connection with RH

Hello, i'm having some issues try to bring-up two ppp connections

If I bring-up just one of those 2 connections it works fine, whatever i want to bring them up, but i can't start both of them at the same time

it means, if ppp0 is up I can't do ppp1 up too
and if ppp1 is up the same issue with ppp0

i looked at the kernel and "Multiples Links" option is in "M"

could lend me a hand please!,

the first ppp0 is provided by Arnet (Telecom)
and the second one is provided by Ciudad (Clarin Team)

Thank you

Guillermo from Argentina.-
