Setting unusual networking setting in Mandrake

Hi all,

I'm using Mandrake 9.0. My problem is about my networking setting for LAN. Usually the setting is the gateway is in the same subnet with my computer in the LAN. But now, it is different. The gateway has (what I've been told) a classless IP. Manually I can set it up like this to get to the internet via my gateway :

route add -host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx netmask yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy eth0
route add default gw xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I just couldn't set it up using Mandrake Network setting. Can anybody tell me what file in /etc/init.d/ or /etc/rc.d/ to change ?
