Setting media type/flow control

Is there a way to manually set the media type and flow control (like 100baseT, Full Duplex)?

my card is autodetecting at 100baseT half-duplex...but this is an issue with the network I'm trying to connect with. It needs to be at 100/Full to really work but for some reason when cards are on auto, it detects at 100/Half and goes very slow

so is there a command i can throw in to tell eth0 to work at full duplex?

You can use either ethtool or mii-tool - the man pages give the exact syntax.
