Post Set up PCIE gigabit ethernet on rhel 5


i have installed rhel 5 on my AMD phenom processor with asuz m2a-vm
mother board
the ariver cd is included with the linux driver ..but the resdme file refers a file but it is not in the cd..
i have downloaded the driver from net..
let me know how can i install the driver...

kind advise is highly appreciated..
