set same multiple ip address


hi everyone

i installed centos6.5 on vmware esx5 with 3 network interfaces. i have 3 ip addresses like:
10.1.20.151 eth0
10.1.20.152 eth1
10.1.20.153 eth2

10.1.20.3 gateway

i want to know am i need route for these ip's?how can i write route for them? thanks in advance

you always can use route or ip route with "dev" option, but I do not see the logic's in using same network. Sure for testing purposes but you can always use different network with internal ip-addresses.

i need it for run oracle weblogic server. i need three ip addresses (same subnet) for a server. infact i need them for each managed server.
for example in server A i have 3 managed server with 3 ip addresses.
