SET failed / operation not permitted

Good evening guys!
I just went from fc9 to Fedora 10 and went to see if my wireless card would go into monitor mode, and received this error. I'd appreciate any help!

[hattrick@localhost ~]$ iwconfig wlan0 mode Monitor
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Operation not permitted.
----------------------------------------------------------
As Root:

[root@localhost hattrick]# iwconfig wlan0 mode Monitor
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Device or resource busy.

uname -a ->
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.27.5-117.fc10.i686 #1 SMP Tue Nov 18 12:19:59 EST 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Thanks in advance =)
