sendmail, dovecot and squid integration

Hi All,

I have a network of 40 PCs with Linux and Windows.

Linux box configuration:-
It runs squid for internet sharing, Sendmail and dovecot for SMTP and POP3 for internal network.

Now the challenge is -
I am in India and I have a server in USA which provides me SMTP and POP service for my email clients. For this I have implemented iptables to pass the traffic.
Now I want that for all SMTP traffic, the Sendmail will relay the traffic to the server which is in USA. For all pop traffic my dovecot should be responsible.

Please is there anyone who could figure out how this can be accomplished.
