Question sendmail aliases

I have a problem in sendmail aliases. Actually I want to execute a system command through sendmail aliases like

test123: |cat>>/home/test123/test/abc

where /home/test123/test folder that has write permissions for others. The problem is that this the system command "cat" runs under user with uid 65535 and group with gid 65535 and the file abc is created under this user but i think it should be created under user & group "mail". I have worked it a lot and can't get the solution.
Any Idea?
Thanks in Advance

It should be as it is, I think.
You can make it as you wish with setting suid (and create a copy of cat with owner mail and suid set), but it's a hole in your system's security.
